Store has something for everyone and suits every picket. Delivery time is great and l don't have to wait weeks. Customer service is the best and my calls are always dealt with plus l suffer with stress and hate when l have a query as with other companies over things l have purchased and can never reach them.

I like tjc because they are very reasonably priced. Downside, returns are now taking far too long! It used to be 48 hours as soon as parcel received item refunded now it's taking a week or longer and parcels seem to go missing! I end up chasing for refund just as well I keep the proof of posting! Customer service can be good and can be bad I get fed up argueing my point. Delivery is fine not problem with that. Also lately items are arriving with no tags on which usually tjc insist refund void if tag removed. Which makes me wonder if they are faulty or returns??? Plus no boxes with items or certificates. Personally items should come in boxes ready to gift it look nicer than a pouch! Plus protects the item. Items should be fixed in the boxes displayed not boxes sent separately and Jewell in plastic bags! I've had a couple of items damaged on arrival because of this! Look on your tjc community on facebook to see the complaints I'm not the only one!' This is only happening since you bought out ideal world! Too many things to deal with.
