Customer service is great. Packaging and Delivery can be hit and miss depending upon the courier used as tjc use multiple couriers. Sometimes jewellery has been just sent in a padded envelope within a postage bag with other items which has resulted in damage to the delicate items. I feel all jewellery should be securely wrapped in small cardboard boxes especially when being bundled in with large orders

Great with Royal Mail but I won't buy big items to be delivered by Evri. They are not customer friendly and you are deemed to be the bad guy if you're not in when they deliver. Very intransigent over repeat delivery of an item, unlike Royal Mail.

Nice fit, roomy because of the elastic waste band, darker coloured than on the picture but ok .

Great store with brilliant choice. Going to be cheeky now ; perhaps next day delivery might become available one day ? Customer service far better than anything I have experienced on the high street.
