I have had very many good experiences shopping at TJC, but I have also a few very bad ones too. Mostly associated with missing items often not sent out to me at all. It think it was because I used to place several orders for 10+ items at a time. Those orders were dispatched mixed and randomly and often items failed to turn up at all. If contacted? the staff can be very condescending and rude. It has put me right off. If I order anything now? I only order one or two items at a time and wait until it arrives before considering ordering again.
