I’m always watching for the sales, I get email notifications so when I saw the ghost max on sale I ordered right away everything was easy on line. But then my order was not delivered to me so I had to call customer service and that experience was absolutely fundamental Kevin was extremely helpful, he promptly ordered another pair, also sent a delivery picture so I could try to see where they were delivered. With no success the picture doesn’t give much but I’m thankful that Kevin helped me.

Easy to order & return when shoe didn’t fit. Love the shoes and my local stores are limited in selection & colors so will definitely order online again. Very easy to navigate. Return process was also easy - just sent it back & reordered a larger size.
