I use the sports ambassador discount which I’m very grateful for, but paying $10 shipping makes me hesitant to return sneakers, so I’m stuck with a pair of uncomfortable sneakers because this is my third pair and I’ve already paid $30 in shipping, returned 2 pairs. At this point, I would’ve rather pay full price and get free shipping and free return as well as quicker shipping because I waited about 15 days for the last pair. I do recommend Brooks to a lot of my patients, especially when they see me wearing them. I appreciate the sports ambassador program. I just wish it was free shipping because I would return them until I got exactly what was comfortable.
