Website is easy to navigate and ordering is simple. It seemed to take quite a while to receive the shoes as they came from several states away and didn't ship just right away. I typically buy several pairs at a time so I tend to have a backup pair when needed, but if a person was really needing the shoes right away, they might be disappointed.
