The free gift you gave away didn’t fit. It said one size fits all. I just started buying a few pairs brooks shoes a year and get excited for the swag. But this time it was a bust. Just wanted the hat to be cool.

Lovely and easy to use! Would love to see an exchange option for shoes instead of full return and buy again when shoes don’t fit right though!
