I found the site clean, easy to navigate, and well organized. I was a big fan of the depth of the shoe finder tool which helped me to find the right pair of shoes for me.

Had some trouble trying to find the gift certificate button, so the website finalized the deal before I was ready. Had to take delivery and then return those shoes and reorder more carefully.
