I had a pair that I had bought a size larger than I usually wear at the recommendation of Fleet Feet. I was told "you will get used to them and the roominess", I never did. I reached out to Brooks and they replaced them! Once I shipped them off I had received my gift card for a new solid pair with in the hour. To say I am impressed is an understatement.
