Accidentally ordered a woman’s shoe, could not change order seconds after the mistake. I had to make a new order for the men’s shoe, I needed for the additional width. Sad customer service could not assist me. The run disney shoe was selling so fast, I was lucky when I placed 2nd order they were still available. And luckily I had money to cover it, others may not be so lucky.
