Brooks-top notch Company. The website design layout is excellent. Easy to navigate, awesome description(s) of products. Not the first pair of shoes I have ordered from Brooks and certainly won't be the last. The community where I reside lost its only store that carried A grade Brooks and the best way to now purchase them is online. Customer service is fantastic had to return a pair of shoes the process was quick and easy. No problems encountered with shipping either-receiving or returning. I am not a big online shopper, but Brooks shoes I will buy online with confidence.

The site was very user friendly. There are so many choices that I wish something could be created to let customers put up to 3 shoes side by side to help them make up their mind, especially with the colors.
