I love everything about Brooks from the shoes to the Run Happy guaranty, The clothes are great, but for me, I love the shoes most, and as I’ve aged and my back and knees have gotten more vocal, the shoe-finder has been spot on.

Not so much. You offered a sale, accepted an order, then didn't send me a shoe. Then you asked me to review the shoe that I didn't receive. Site stinks. But you make a great product. Maybe you should consider treating your loyal customers better.
