Customer service is amazing. Had a rip in my shoe after 60 days of purchase. They sent warranty email within 2 minutes and was approved within a day. Shipped to me 3 days later. Brooks has a lifetime member now.

I think the Brooks site is excellent. I would rather use the site over a brick/mortar store.
