Brooks website is super easy to use both on my laptop and my phone. Brooks offers great quality shoes in an easy to navigate site making it easy to decide what to buy next! Shipping is timely, always quicker than the timing initially given. I have spoken with Customer Service once in the past and they were polite, helpful and assisted me with all my questions. You can't go wrong as far as products, customer service, and quality.
