Customer service is great. There is a 90 day trial and they truly mean trial. After trying a different style of Brooks for 4 weeks I realized they were just to narrow. I thought I was going to have to keep them because I threw away the box, when I called customer service they said print the label put them in any box and send them and you will be issued a refund! They did immediately!
