I ordered the shoes through the site, paid and received a confirmation order and expected delivery. That pair never arrived, I reached out to customer service 3 weeks after my purchase date and they were able to assist and make sure I received my order

Brooks is my favorite sneaker company to shop. I’ve tried others but always have Brooks in my rotation. Good return policy and customer service. I do often wish I was more attracted to the sneaker color choices. It can be hard to find colors that I like.
