I think the site is great, easy to navigate thru. I was pleased with the delivery, my shoes came about a week earlier than I was expecting. Customer service has been exceptional due to response times being very reasonable.

Delivery service through USPS is awful. They never deliver and you have to go to the nearest USPS center to pick up the delivery.
