Pretty easy to navigate! Had some issues with hopping back and forth to make comparisons - had to fill one questionnaire repeatedly. The shipping was quick and accurate.

Wish you had more great colors in wide men’s and women’s sizes. Too many times there is not enough variety in wide sizes. Delivery is usually prompt. Once you hit the sneaker, close-ups, it would be real nice to just go back to where you were instead of struggling to get back to the main page to purchase. Would love to just go back to the model page to purchase

Had to get some help from customer service. I wish all companies I dealt with were as friendly and courteous as Brooks. I have purchased two pairs of shoes and will continue to purchase more from Brooks. Great shoes and great customer service. This is what will keep me coming back for more.

Easy to wear and luckily the reviews were true to form. Usually I try to sample the feel at a store before I buy, so on these i lucked out. This and Speed Goat are my go-to for the terrains i mentioned.

The brooks site is wonderful. I pre ordered a pair of Glycerin 22 and had them before the release date. I had the shoes in 3 business days. Unfortunately they were too wide as I need an extra wide shoe for my bunions and the heel area felt too loose for me. I returned them no problem and ordered the Glycerin GTS 22 and had those in 3 business days also. These shoes have great support and I will keep them. I love the 90 day trial as I can't generally find many stores that carry 4E width shoes to try on so I was able to try a couple pairs and return one. Thank you Brooks.
