Brooks Running has given great customer service. I ordered a pair of walking shoes that did not work for me. I wasn't aware it was the shoes causing my problem until wearing them a couple of months. Brooks allowed me to return them and made some recommendations for shoes that might take care of my fit problem. I requested a return and by the time I took them to the Post Office I had gotten a credit for the full amount I ordered the recommended pair of shoes and they have worked out great.

Brooks customer service has always been polite and understanding. Any issues of mine have been resolved.

I love the product and how quick you were able to deliver them. It is pricey, but usually I look for sales, otherwise, I would have several pairs for different occasions. For now I use them for work as I work 10 hours days and on concrete floors. My feet do not hurt and can walk pain free now. Thank you!

So easy to purchase from Brooks dot com when you can send your shoes back for refunds without question within 90 days. Gives me comfort knowing I'm not stuck with something.
