I find the site very informative and what I like most about Brook's Running is utilizing the Running Collective with ordinary runners like myself to champion the brand and provide feedback in an informative manner

Brooks is by far the best sneaker company I will spend my hard earned dollars on. They back there products and have the best hands down customer service I've ever dealt with..keep it up as you have a family here in Massachusetts that runs in Brooks. Easy to order and return. I ordered an off white shoe, but it didn’t look quite right on me, so I returned and got the all white ones. Return was super fast and easy. I usually shop at store, but this made it so much easier.
