The website is quite user-friendly, and it's not particularly challenging to acquire a pair of sneakers. However, it's important to be mindful that some of the sneakers tend to be a bit snug and narrow.

This is a great site to order your brooks with the 90 day trial. I sen't back my Arials and got the Catamounts. There are no big shoe stores who sell all the shoes from brooks so that is a big deal to send back what doesn't fit right. THANKS BROOKS

Love the customer service aspect of Brooks. I feel at ease when purchasing, knowing that if I am not comfortable running in them, that I can return them. I love the quality of their products. Shipping tends to be slow.
