So far my experience with customer service / delivery of shoes / site have been a great experience no complaints everything has worked out with all of the above . And as long as it’s stays the way it has and shoes fit brooks has been good to me and will be a go to company when considering footwear.

The use of the website to purchase the chariot Bob Brooks tennis shoes was easy. I could have used my law-enforcement discount if I had chosen a different pair of Brooks shoes however I wanted the chariots.
