Customer Service was just as good as the fit and look of the shoes. My first pair was too small because I didnt realize the fit was tight. I had to return my first pair but the box i dropped off at the fed ex drop sat for a week so I had to pick it back up and start all over again. I called CS. Was very frustrated. The rep gave me an instant credit. Very impressed with the live voice, how my call was handled and the overall experience! You get 3 thumbs up for me and I only have two thumbs !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well done on all fronts!
