Customer service wasn't great. Feel like I have to beg for an order I paid for. Pretty disappointing

My order came packaged well nothing was crushed, customer service is great and my order came really fast. I had a issue with my order and sent a email and I got an instant response back that my issue was resolved. Which gave me a piece of mind. Kudos Morphe

I love this color! I also have a couple of other shades because this formula is pretty good.
For reference I wear Rich 32 in the foundation and this lip gloss looks absolutely stunning on my skin when applied with brown lip liner. I will definitely be buying again!

Still haven’t received the products I ordered on 09/01. Overall unsatisfied. I’ve reached out to customer care on multiple occasions and haven’t received any help other than them saying they’ve closed a “ticket” still waiting on an actual response as to if my products will ever ship or receive a refund

Loveee this bronzer I was using the 8R palettes before for my kit. But literally only reached for it for the Bronzer is so I decided to pick up these up instead 10/10 highly recommend for everyone and the shade range is amazing
