Everything should be noted in an email sent about what’s needed to exchange or return. This way customers can gather all the information needed and send over immediately.

Would give zero stars if I could. So many issues with my order, your factory, your inventory, your team, your customer service staff, your complaint policies. Never ordering from Morphe again.

Just meh, the delivery took forever and i got charged 10 bucks for "fast" delivery, they did not refund me. People on the costumer service said to just wait it out even if the time i wanted the brushes passed. It was for a present and i had to buy something else because of hoe late it came. Very disapointed.
