I received my products in great time. Everything was super. The alerts kept me informed

Very confusing to navigate at the top, there are a lot of tabs, and difficult to click on when the mouse hovers or slightly moves.

The items that I have received, have been great! The problem is getting them. I ordered for the first time at the end of July. All 3 orders were given tracking numbers but never showed they had been in the hands of a delivery company. They have all been resent at least twice and up to four times. The problem was never fixed. I got the same automated response over and over, blaming the USPS. I work for the USPS. I can see that we have never laid hands on any of those orders. So, a lot of the stuff I ordered, is no longer available. I've gotten refunds and items resent and resent and resent without explanation. I also got a whole 20% discount code. The most ridiculous thing I have ever experienced with a reputable company.

Morphe is a good site to purchase from But also check what you do not receive to make sure you are not charged for them.

The purchase acquisition was easy and quick. The store had great inventory.

Whenever I had any concerns, they responded as soon as possible. I received an excellent treatment and solution to my problem.
