Hated it. It dries to quickly and it’s very flaky. Doesn’t work well. It’s not hydrating

I have not received my shipment and it has been a month now. Tracking says that it hasn’t shipped. Customer care is non-responsive, despite multiple attempts. Disappointed. .
This was supposed to be a Christmas gift. So much for buying early. .
