I’m not sure what’s going on with your site. But it is always freezes. I normally have to log out and log back in the complete my purchase. There have been times where I just give up and not purchase anything. I do think you guys should address that The packaging is great. One of the few companies that bubble wraps their eyeshadow palettes. I did have one issue with UPS where they dropped my palettes and a couple of colors didn’t make it. No emails were responded to. 4 stars for packaging
