I had an issue with my order, (my fault) not Morphe but it was the middle of the night and I sent an email to customer service and was shocked to get an immediate response by a real person not computer generated! They assisted me in getting the other products I did not place on my initial order plus went above and beyond giving me a refund on my shipping without me asking since my 1st order qualified for it but the 2nd order was too small for the discount. Great customer service and such fast response times! The only reason this is not 5 stars is because I do have issues with the website refreshing I guess and making me start back over when I am scrolling through products, nor can I click on a product and see the details and then just flip back the the last page, it also starts you back all over again like you have not done a search or narrowed your product search down. It is very frustrating and wastes a lot of time especially when you are in a hurry to place and order. That is my only complaint. Once the glitches are fixed on the website I am happy to move this to 5 star!
