As far as the site is concerned. They did offer me my money back or another palette at the same cost as the other palette. They're pretty good at helping with finding something and/or fixing an issue, as well, as willing to help. As long as Morphe has sales, I will always be a Morphe customer.

Your customer service is outstanding. These brushes didn’t work for me, and it was so easy to get a refund. On top of that, your team went above and beyond to try to find me a set that would work, if I was interested. Well done.

Love the MORPHE products, easy to use and great to look at! Their website is just as easy on the eyes and SO easy to use.

Really makes your skin soft and smooth and prepped for makeup! Can be used with or without lotion underneath! I have oily/combination skin and it did not add any extra oiliness, and kept my skin matte!

Customer service is awful. It literally took multiple emails just to get someone to respond and even then I was lied too. 1st time I was told that my purchase was in transit and simply didn’t update. When in reality just the label had been created and NEVER LEFT the facility. Then was told “it got lost in transit”. I literally could see it never left. Even telling them that in emails and they never responded to that. I ended up cancelling my order and will absolutely never order from this site ever again.

It is an excellent product, which leaves the lips moisturized and a pleasant feeling of subtlety.
