I bought two pallets and they arrived broken. I filed complaint but I haven’t heard anything back. I’m disappointed.

Morphe is a cool place for every cosmetic need. customer service is pretty amazing. their eye shadow formulas are pigmented, not much kickback or fall out. the mattes blend well while the satins/shimmers = soft & perform nicely. my only negative is your brushes are too expensive. altho ur brush sets can be a deal, your sets aren't the softest brushes. ive about 50 brushes from various sets that i can't give away bcz the bristles HURT. Morphe, what am i going to do w/ 50 UNUSABLE BRUSHES?

Poor customer service. Shipping in 3 - 5 days did not happen, so I didn't receive the brushes in time to use them for my wedding. I tried to cancel the order before it shipped, but was told that could not happen. Instead, I was instructed to write a note to UPS refusing the package so it could be returned and I would receive a refund, which is what I did. I have not received a refund. I've emailed numerous times and reached out on social media for assistance, but I am continuously ignored. Worst customer service and I won't be purchasing anything else.

Love it!! The color is so rich and the texture is so creamy. I was like yaasssss. It’s a must have. Highly recommend this.
