It was very bad quality so dissatisfied with the product. Bristles are hard and one of the brushes even broke after first wash.

Still have yet to receive my order from a month ago on 11/30. On 12/5 I received a notification that a shipping label was created, it is now 12/31 and my order still hasn’t shipped. I am at the point we’re I don’t even want it anymore. Don’t ship it. Don’t charge me. I submitted an inquiry two weeks ago asking about my order and have yet to receive a response. Order#11380838

Slow shipping and the website crashes randomly all the time. It will just stop working. I thought it was my phone but o tried on my phone, my work phone, my boyfriends phone, my iPad, and Mac and experienced the same issues of the website just freezing

I really wanted to try the entire collection that I purchased but somehow LaserShip attempted delivery at 10pm but one Wa on my camera the entire day. I sent Morphe 5 emails with no response since their phone number no longer works but no response until I filed a BBB COMPLAINT
