Four out of five stars given only because each time I access Shop LC site on my phone the live tv feed is automatically activated. This uses too much of my phone carrier’s allotted monthly usage amount. Please, Shop LC, deactivate this feature. Thanks.

I order quite a few things from you and they say Congrats on your order, but then they aren't placed. Happened two times in the last few weeks. Ordered face cream. No Email. Ordered tiarras for my grand daughters No Email after they both said my order was placed!!

Use automated phone service and love it’s quickness and clarity of directions and appreciate not having to change passwords or make crazy combinations of this that and the other to create a password or code.
