Customer service is usually great. Delivery sometimes takes longer than stated on website. Store has nice items, nice price but just yesterday on 3-25-2024 again I was notified that I would be refunded for a Rising Auction win that occurred Feb. 29th, 2024. Please note that the item is still appearing on the Rising Auction portion of the website as of 3-26-2024. This isn't the first or second time happening, but seems to be recurring especially on more expensive items won at very low price on Rising Auction. This recurrence is disheartening when you are trying to match items already from ShopLC collection. I prefer to get items from ShopLC because of the buy1 feed1 program.
