Really no complaints about products. Processing , and shipment needs improvement. Overall, just the long wait for delivery is my concern

everything has been fine except 3 times now when it says set of 2 they only send 1. Once I call they do correct the problem. One complaint....if I win the auction my item should be shipped to me but a couple of times I win the item and then I get a msg saying it's unable to be shipped. If I won it how can you not have it???
