the company is sending me things i didn't order and charging me for them and NOT responding to numerous phonecalls and emails; PLUS NOT sending some items which I DID order and I WANT and have charged me for SOME of them

Everyone gets perfect score except for the packaging for shipping your merchandise!!!…As a former business owner, more thought needs to be done…I have received several items in the past couple of years that your company has changed from original packaging that has been damaged, broken or unusable….but didn’t report most…this causes our cost to rise and your company taking a loss…please pass this on for everyone’s benefit…Thank you for the Joy you give us all!!!
