Most of the jewelry I have purchased has lost stones with gentle use. All the link bracelets I've bought have broken. I get a new favorite thing and it breaks and falls off or the stones fall out.

All good except the last purchase of a bracelet that I made showed that it was confirmed but I ended having to call customer service and they had no record of my purchase so I had to reorder it and get a refund on the prior purchase. Other than that, everything's good.
