Your website is unusable most of the time. Iā€™ve been a customer of the LC since you went on the air. I donā€™t buy much anymore. Your rings have been fabulous in the past. Good customer service. Shipping of $1.99 per item when it all is packed in one bubble wrap envelope is ATROCIOUS
