Something went wrong. I thought I was ordering one necklace, but got two. Tried to email that night and called the next morning that I wanted one, not two, but was told it was too late. The item was packed for shipping. After I received it, I called and asked for free return shipping on the extra necklace, since the mistake was yours, and was told I could just keep it at no charge and next time to phone not email if there seems to be an error in the order. So it all worked out in the end.
