SHOPLC has improved 95% on customer service, shipping is faster, the merchandise selection is good, the quality of merchandise is good in most case's, prices are definitely fair, improvements could still be made on the check-out process especially on the auction site. The auction site need's more work in my opinion. Everything should be checked by quality control before leaving the warehouse, secure packaging is a must especially on liquid products.
