It took a long time for the representative (who had an accent so bad, I had difficulty understanding her) to resolve the problem of ShopLC sending me a product with the wrong instructions to go with it.

Customer service called me at home & asked me to recant a safety issue about shoes purchased from ShopLC. The shoes were dangerously slippery on in home hallway linoleum tile flooring. I truly hope ShopLC won't be sued for a customer's broken bones.

Sometimes it is slow . I also got a package were the product bag was torn and the stuff went everywhere. You could tell it was not the mail. The package it came in was easy to tear and looked like it came that way from the department.
