Beautiful Bird….but I did not get to enjoy it because it arrived in pieces. This is my 3rd bird purchase in this art style. They keep shipping these delicate Birds in a plastic envelope! WHY!!! Bubble wrap can’t protect it from the way USPS treats its mail. My boxes come with dents in them, far less an envelope with a cared gem Bird. SOMEONE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS…

Customer service is great, delivery slow about the store things aren't always the way they seem, I got a gold necklace held on to it for a couple of months gave it to my daughter in January she had it for two weeks and it broke and I'm not talking about anything else.
