Site is easy to use & love up arrow at bottom of screen which takes you to top so that you don't have to manually scroll. Some ShopLC web home pages give misleading info. As an example, today when I accessed the web, across the top of the home page it stated "Free standard shipping on online orders over $50.00." It did not specify any limitations to this anywhere. I bought some items through auction, & when I went to check out it kept putting in shipping. I tried multiple times exiting & reentering the website, only to get the same results. I ended up calling Customer Service, who said that it did not pertain to the auction site (even though it did not specify that), & rep agreed it was on the misleading side. He did tell me to call back in a few days once the invoice went through & ask to have the shipping fee waived for that order & that he was making notations on the system for me. I will say that Customer Service really goes above & beyond to make things right for the customer when there are issues, & every time I have had to contact Customer Service they have all been very pleasant, friendly & eager to help. I'm still finding some rings with no sizing specified, although not as many as previously. One thing I would like to see in the Product Specifications section is "country of origin" & "brand." Also, I am finding discrepancies between the item title & the Product Highlights section. As an example, I was looking at an item yesterday (which I believe may have been a blue star sapphire, but not sure as I looked at so many items yesterday) which was specified in the title correctly, but in the Product Highlights section it described a "ruby" (I know whatever it was I was viewing at the time definitely was not a ruby!). I have purchased many items from SLC, & although there were some disappointments most of the items are very nice. So in summary, overall the store is very good with great customer service.
