I would have given 5 except for the re-picks. I got all of them except for one I wanted the most that you have said you cannot fulfill and will refund. Very sad about that...and am still waiting on my refund for this ring with the rotating pearl. Also, some of the large pearls are only halves, and it is difficult to see in pics. I especially enjoy the shows with Tony Dinis as I have collected rarer gemstones over the years and enjoy hearing him talk about them. And many of his deals are really impressive. As far as the massive business you run I do think you are a very smooth operation.
