Delivery is prompt and packages are securely delivered. I was called when I had an issue with a handbag and received a courtesy call and was offered a partial refund. I appreciate that. I like the variety of products and prices. It is fun to view the specials on TV.

I love The Shop LC site and app. Very easy to use and so many options. Plus if you make a mistake you have the option to cancel right then instead of calling in. Been shopping here for several years now and have no complaints.
