Any time I have to contact customer service they are attentive and ready to resolve my issue. If they have to put me on hold they are very apologetic for keeping me on hold so long even if it was not a long wait. This goes for pretty much any department I contact at Shoplc I love shopping with your company. I love the program feeding the children!! That warms my heart and yes it does bring me J O Y !!!!!
