Many of the products I have received are second hand goods. I wish that was states in the product description. Some of the products are so obviously used, they are not worth gifting. Customer service tries but at times the damage cannot be corrected????
The frustration is having to constantly return their merchandise; it’s time consuming! The warehouse needs to be audited. My labradorite was shipped in only a cardboard box. Hello, it got damaged!! I now have to find the time and money for repackaging and return. I have a loooong list of more similar situations.
