It is easy to order anything from the website. I love it that Shop LC has coupons too! I love the variety of items that I have to choose from, and the quality of them. The only problem I have is that it is extremely hard to sign out of the site when I go window shopping and don't make a purchase.
The drop down window is too long and the place to logout is on the bottom. I have to work very hard at catching the logout option before I can log out. I spoke with someone in customer service about this but, I don't think they understood what I was trying to explain to them because they kept telling me to do the same thing, which does not work. Surely I am not the only customer that is having this problem on the website. (This is only on my PC, it is not a problem on my phone) I do not place any orders on my phone. I suggest that Shop LC make it easy to logout by having that option at the top of the page and not attached to any other drop down screen. Other than that one thing, I am extremely happy with Shop LC. I especially like the fact in knowing that with each purchase, I am helping to feed a hungry child in America or India. In my opinion, that says a lot about the characters of the founders of Shop LC, that they aren't just running their company to make money for themselves. That they care about helping others, and that means a lot to me.
