So far I have placed 3 orders and have received 1 to date. I'm still awaiting the delivery of the other 2 orders. My first order using the should app was easy to learn and quick to use. The turnaround time from when the order was placed and when it was shipped took a little longer than I would've liked but I stayed hopeful. Both pieces that I received were of top quality and the Austrian crystals are beautiful. The piece with the earrings came professionally packaged flat in a box and arrived perfectly. The other heart necklace was not professionally packaged flat and the heart piece slid down one side of the necklace. With careful care I repositioned the heart and wondered about exchanging the necklace. I didn't because I feared the piece had sold out. So keep it I will. Otherwise the delivery of the product was good. I have ordered again and will hope that things get better.
