I would normally give shoplc a very high rating. But I had won an auction two days ago, which I really wanted, and it disappeared soon after I won it, and this has not been resolved with customer service.

Everything I get from you guys is usually very beautiful ❤️. The only issue is that some of the gold necklaces I purchased are under the weight in which they are portrayed. I've bought over 60 gold necklaces. One I got was supposed to be 7.3 grams,was 4.5 grams. Couple of others were a bit off, but not like the one that was 2.8 grams under.
